Website proposal

A new digital home for Tamworth Boxing

A modern website for the club, built to turn interest into new members — with CornerPost Education and DiSE Midlands to follow on the same foundation.

The starting point

The current site sells the club short

The change we're proposing

What a new site changes

Today

A dated site that undersells the club

Session details are hard to find

No obvious way to enquire or book

Changes wait on a developer

With the new site

A site that looks like the club at its best, on any device

Sessions by age group, answered in one scroll

Book a free taster from anywhere on the page

Edit times, shows and news yourselves, directly on the page

Digital CraftPeople commit when they can picture the result — so we built it for you to see.

Not a mock-up

See the concept live

The homepage concept is already built and online. Open it on a laptop and use it exactly as a parent or boxer would. The phone layout follows in the build.

Digital CraftThe next page lists what to look for.

The concept — homepage

What to look for in the concept

Boxing for everyone

Who the club is for — boys and girls from six, adults who box, adults getting fit — answered before anyone scrolls.

Since 1969

The heritage is worn openly, in the club's own navy and yellow.

One clear action

Book a free taster is the first and biggest button on the page — and it follows you all the way down.

Sessions by age group

A parent's questions — what age, what time, what to bring — answered in one scroll.

A simple enquiry

The form asks only what you need to ring them back.

Shows and community

The next home show sells tickets from the homepage, and the charity's community work finally gets told properly.

Beyond the homepage

One design system, three websites

Concept live

Tamworth Boxing Club

The site you're looking at now — for parents, members, boxers, sponsors and ticket buyers.

Priced in this proposal

CornerPost Education Centre

Written for headteachers, SENCOs and commissioners — referrals, outcomes and partnership.

Priced in this proposal

DiSE Midlands

The programme, entry and qualifications, laid out for young boxers and their parents.

All three share one design system we've already built — the same colours, type and components, themed per entity. That means the next two sites land faster and cost less.

After launch

Easy to run, ready to grow

Yours to edit

Change session times, the next show, news and photos directly on the page — no WordPress admin, no waiting on a developer.

We host and maintain the site, so it stays fast and secure.

Room to grow

The same foundation can carry what we've talked about for later: a members' app for boxers and parents, and CRM software to manage memberships and in-house data.

None of it is needed on day one — the door is simply open.

Investment

Build only

WebsiteBuild only
Tamworth Boxing Club£3,500
CornerPost Education Centre£2,500
DiSE Midlands£1,750
All three£7,750

Build only: you own the sites and run them.

Running costs

The inline editor stores your content in a secure database with image and document storage and staff logins. That's what lets you update the sites yourselves, and it has running costs — hosting, database, storage, domains and form email — of roughly £20 to £45 a month across the three sites, billed directly to you by the providers.

You'll also need to manage those accounts, and keep the sites and the editor updated, yourselves or at £50 per hour.
